Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the sales team, handling customer communication, preparing quotations, following up with customers, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining sales records. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and other sales documents.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers for orders and payments.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams for order execution.
- Maintain customer database and daily sales reports.
- Support the field sales team with documentation and coordination.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Prepare MIS reports and update sales records.




- Perform other sales and marketing activities assigned by the management.

Qualification

- Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to prepare quotations and maintain sales records.
- Customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Working Days & Timing

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: As per company policy

Location: Indtech Capacitors Pvt. Ltd., Tronica City, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
