Roles & Responsibility

Responsibilities Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketingstrategies across various channels including CRO (Conversion RateOptimization), paid marketing, email marketing, copywriting, and productmarketing. Data Analysis: Utilize data tools such as Mixpanel to track and analyzemarketing campaign performance, user behavior, and key metrics to informdecisions. Ownership and Accountability: Take full ownership of marketing projects,from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals anddelivering measurable results. Customer Acquisition, Conversion, and Retention: Design and implementeffective strategies to attract new customers, convert leads into payingcustomers, and retain existing users. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, sales, and customersupport teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. Content Creation:



Develop engaging and high-quality content tailored todifferent stages of the customer journey. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated onindustry trends and competitor activities, identifying new opportunities forgrowth. Optimize Marketing Channels: Continuously optimize marketing channelsand campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in marketing roles at high-growth startups Bachelors degree in marketing or engineering from good universities Strong track record in various marketing techniques like CRO, paid marketing,email marketing, copywriting, product marketing and more. Robust analytical skills and experience with data tools like Mixpanel to trackand interpret marketing performance metrics. Broad knowledge of marketing principles and best practices, capable ofhandling a wide range of marketing tasks and projects.
