ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring a mid-level Project Manager with a Food Technology or Food Science background to lead execution of global food safety and trade initiatives. This is a hands-on role focused on delivery, coordination, and impact.

CONTRACT DETAILS

- Full-time (3 months with possibility of extension)
- Location: India (Remote)
- Start: Immediate
- Salary: Based on experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own end-to-end project delivery aligned with the six-pillar mission
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and trackers
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions (India, ANZ, Canada, EU, US)
- Run weekly meetings, track actions, and resolve blockers
- Manage stakeholders including labs, certification bodies, and regulatory experts
- Oversee development of export/import readiness tools (MRLs,



certifications, compliance guides)
- Ensure regulatory and food safety insights are converted into practical outputs
- Track risks, dependencies, and priorities across workstreams
- Support documentation, reporting, and case study development

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Safety, or related field
- 2-4 years of food industry experience (QA, regulatory, exports/imports, compliance, consulting)
- Understanding of food safety regulations (FSSAI, Codex, FSANZ, FDA, EFSA, CFIA)
- Strong project coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
