You should be experience in terms of leading a team of sales executives/relationship managers to achieve Personal Loan disbursement targets, drive business growth, manage productivity, and ensure compliance with lending guidelines.

Responsibilities

- Assessing and evaluating clients' creditworthiness
- Recommending suitable loan products
- Assisting clients through the loan application process
- Verifying and processing loan applications
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of loan products and policies
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Explaining terms and conditions of loan agreements
- Creating and maintaining accurate loan records
- Collaborating with underwriting and other departments to finalize loans
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial laws and regulations
