Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to achieve business and marketing goals.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads and increase student enrollments.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and Social Media platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize ROI, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with content, design, video, and web development teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools,



and best practices.
- Collaborate with the admissions and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Digital Marketing Team Lead or in a team management role is mandatory.
- Experience in the EdTech industry is preferred.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Google Analytics certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
