Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: 1 – 2 years
Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Work From Office)
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining HR documentation.




- Support HR operations and other day-to-day activities as required.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in IT/AI/ML domain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with various hiring platforms and ATS tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet hiring deadlines.
