Experience: 18–25 Years of experience in Sales / Channel Sales / Business Development (Mandatory experience in Paints, Thinner, Sealer, Primer, construction or related products)

Job Summary:- Anand Paints is looking for a senior-level Business Head – Sales & Marketing (Channel Sales) to lead complete business operations. The role requires full P&L; ownership, strategic leadership, and expansion of channel network across regions. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, profitability, and market leadership for the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Full ownership of business P&L; (Profit & Loss) for the region
- Lead and execute Channel Sales Strategy (dealers, distributors, retailers)
- Expand and strengthen distribution network across territories
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion
- Build and lead high-performing senior sales team
- Develop long-term sales & marketing strategies for business growth
- Identify current markets and expansion opportunities
- Manage key channel partners and large accounts




- Ensure execution of business plans at ground level
- Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 18–25+ years of experience in Sales / Channel Sales / Business Development
- Must have worked in Business Head / Regional Head / Zonal Head / Sales Head roles
- Strong experience in P&L; management and team leadership
- Industry experience preferred:
- Paints / Building Materials / FMCG / Construction / Industrial Sales
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and execution skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder managementEducation
- MBA in Marketing

Compensation

Candidates who have worked with paint manufacturers, paint dealers, thinner manufacturers, sealer manufacturers, or related building material companies will be given preference.
