Job Title - Management Trainee (US Healthcare Recruiter)
Location - Info City, Patia
Shift time - 6.30 pm to 3.30 am (Night Shift)

Requirement:

Bachelors degree /Masters degree with excellent English communication skill
Comfortable for night shift & work from office
Candidates must have some knowledge on recruitment

Able to take pressure and ready to take challenges

Responsibilities:

- Understand the job requirement , source profiles from different job portals
- Cold calling, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation.
- Achieve the targets successfully ,



closing working with leads/managers to complete the task within time frame.

1st round - Virtual

2nd Round : Aptitude Test

3rd round : Final Interview with Director/Lead (Onsite/Face to face only)
