Nature:
Layout, Design & Development of Body in White (BIW) Parts, Hood,Trunk-Lid, Automotive Glasses, Sunroof, Plastic Parts, Hood Latch, FuelLid Mechanism, Cables etc. (Experience can be in few of the areas out of the areas mentioned above & need may not be in all areas).

Experience should include Preparation of 3D Model & Drawings in any of the software (preferably Unigraphics but not limited to UG only).Also, basic knowledge of Sheet Metal Forming/Joining process & Plastic Parts process including Dies, Tools, Molds & fixtures & also working with suppliers.

Should be able to work independently & also guide team members in above mentioned field of workAutomotive

KRAs: -

Key Responsibilities:
Parts Concept Thinking, Design & Development of BIW Parts, Vehicle Front of Rear Facia, Glasses, NVH Parts etc.

Checking Feasibility w.r.t Regulations, Manufacturability & Assembly, engagement with CAE team and taking countermeasures, confirming testing performance,



resolving issues etc. Weight & Cost Management.

Proficiency in CAD Software (Preferably Unigraphics)

Understanding Automotive Regulations and their considerations in BIW Development

Educational Requirements: -

B.E./B.TECH in Mechanical Engineering

Additional Technical Qualification such as M-Tech is acceptable with relevant work experience
