Job Description – Diploma Civil Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Diploma Civil Engineer to join our team as a Trainee . The candidate will assist in site execution, quality control, quantity estimation, billing, and project coordination activities under the guidance of senior engineers. Typical entry-level civil engineering roles involve site supervision, documentation, quality checks, estimation, and coordination with contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day site supervision and execution of civil works.
- Monitor construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Support quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and material reconciliation.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site staff.
- Assist in surveying, leveling,



and measurement activities.
- Verify work progress and prepare measurement sheets.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project milestones.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in construction/real estate projects.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.

- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Quantity surveying and estimation.
- Billing and measurement verification.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Time management and attention to detail.

Salary

As per company standards and candidate suitability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
