Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled, well-groomed, and experienced Butler / F&B; Service Executive to provide exceptional hospitality services at our Corporate Office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in luxury hotels, premium clubs, or reputed hospitality establishments and be capable of delivering world-class food and beverage service to senior management, guests, and VIP visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and professionally serve tea, coffee, beverages, snacks, and meals.
- Provide impeccable service to Directors, senior management, clients, and VIP guests.
- Follow formal dining etiquette, table setting, and international service standards.
- Ensure service is carried out while wearing gloves and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pantry, crockery, cutlery, serving equipment, and dining/service areas.
- Ensure timely replenishment of pantry supplies and report shortages.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion while serving senior executives and guests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and administration to ensure smooth hospitality operations.
- Welcome and attend to guests with courtesy and professionalism.




- Ensure all refreshments are served promptly and in accordance with premium hospitality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B;) Service department of reputed hotels, luxury clubs, corporate guest houses, or hospitality establishments.
- Hotel/Hospitality background is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of tea, coffee, beverages, mocktails, and formal food service.
- Thorough understanding of VIP hospitality, table manners, and service etiquette.
- Experience in serving board meetings, conferences, and corporate events will be an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate politely and professionally.
- Well-groomed appearance with excellent personal hygiene.
- Disciplined, trustworthy, courteous, and service-oriented.
- Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours whenever required.

- Knowledge of premium hospitality and luxury service standards.
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to anticipate guest requirements and provide proactive service.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while working with senior management.

Preference

- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Candidates with experience in 5-star hotels, luxury hospitality, or corporate offices will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
