Roles and Responsibilities:

- Preparation of GSTR-1/2B/3B data of residential & commercial project
- Preparation of Balance sheet & profit & Loss.
- Preparation of data of RERA registration & form-3
- Knowledge of MS Office, Tally ERP, GST, waybills and proper filing of documents
- TDS return filling & Data preparation
- Vendors & Contractors Payment processing.
- Responsible for payment and management of all taxation such as TDS, Service Tax, PF, Professional Tax, , Sales Tax etc

Qualification - B. Com/ MBA Fin or Bachelor’s degree in related field
Experience - 8-10 Years in construction/Real Estate Industry.

- Knowledge of MS Office, Tally ERP, GST, waybills and proper filing of documents
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Positive interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be a problem-solver
