We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to strengthen our digital presence and drive brand growth across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Plan, create, and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and marketing teams to produce engaging content.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns and brand collaborations.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize performance for maximum ROI.
- Build and engage online communities while maintaining brand reputation.
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives through social media.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.




- 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Strategy, Digital Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics tools.
- Excellent content planning, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, or D2C brands will be preferred.
- Creative thinker with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
