Most strategy jobs end in a deck that wins a pitch and sells a little more shampoo. Yours ends in an idea a state argues about by evening.

We’re Inclusive Minds - India’s only full-service political consultancy with a national footprint, working alongside the Indian National Congress. We build the campaigns and narratives that show up on your feed, your TV and your group chats during election season, the stuff that actually moves the conversation. You’re the one who finds the insight, cracks the idea, and builds the argument that carries it from blank page to the room where it gets bought.

What you'll actually be doing:

— Find the insight and crack the big idea

— Turn briefs into strategy, and strategy into work that actually ships

— Build decks that win the room - the pitch is the product, not paperwork

— Work shoulder-to-shoulder with design, content and media to carry an idea from page to every screen and street

— Sharpen the narrative as the news cycle moves; keep the story ours

You won’t polish decks that die in review. You’ll build the argument and watch it run.

What we need from you:

— Minimum 3 years of experience in an ad agency - planning, copywriting or strategy

— A real body of work in branding, campaigns and ideation





— Deck skills that win rooms; genuinely sharp in PowerPoint, not “familiar with”

— A strategist’s head and a copywriter’s hand, in the same person

— A point of view on where India’s headed, and the nerve to back it

Bonus points if you:

— Have pitched and won work you had no business winning

— Follow Indian politics closely enough to have opinions about it

— Know Telugu language

Why this is different:

The ideas you crack here don’t sell something that people forget by lunch - they shape what a country talks about by evening. The deck doesn’t die in a client’s inbox. It ships, at national scale, in front of lakhs and crores.

— Your best ideas live in a folder of rejected decks and you’ve made peace with that

— You want sign-off before every creative call

— A slow, secure, predictable process suits you fine
