Responsibilities
· Pack finished batteries according to approved work instructions.

· Verify product model, quantity, serial number, and accessories before packing.

· Inspect products for physical damage or defects before packing.

· Apply labels, barcodes, QR codes, and warning stickers correctly.

· Use approved packing materials such as foam, bubble wrap, cartons, separators, and pallets.

· Ensure export and domestic packing standards are followed.

· Maintain packing records and daily production reports.

· Inform QC immediately if any damaged or non-conforming product is found.

· Maintain cleanliness and 5S in the packing area.

· Handle batteries carefully to prevent short circuits or physical damage.

· Ensure proper sealing, weighing, and carton marking.
