Role & responsibilities

Lead a 35000 sq ft furniture showroom, drive sales & profitability, ensure operational excellence and a superior customer experience.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Hire, train & motivate the store team

* Meet sales, margin & KPI targets

* Oversee inventory, merchandising & vendor coordination

* Maintain showroom layout & visual appeal

* Handle escalated customer issues

* Present forecasts, budgets & performance reports

* Ensure compliance with safety & regulatory standards

*Qualifications & Skills:*

* 3+ years managing large-format retail stores (furniture preferred)

* Proven sales growth & profitability track record

* Excellent leadership & people-management skills

* Fluent in English & Hindi/Marathi; local market knowledge a plus

* Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability

* Bachelors degree

* Flexibility to work weekends/holidays

Preferred candidate profile





3+ years of experience managing large-format retail showrooms (furniture/home dcor preferred).

Proven track record in driving sales, profitability, and achieving KPIs.

Solid leadership, team management, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in inventory management, visual merchandising, and showroom operations.

Fluent in English and Hindi/Marathi with good local market knowledge.

Bachelor's degree required; Willing to work weekends and holidays.
