About the Role

Infinity Crest Group Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Senior Sales Officer to strengthen our automotive aftermarket business in Kochi. We are looking for a passionate sales professional with proven expertise in distributor management, dealer development, territory expansion, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Develop and execute effective territory sales strategies.
- Identify, appoint, and develop new distributors within the assigned territory.
- Strengthen dealer and retailer networks to maximize market penetration.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, mechanics, and key business partners.
- Coach and support distributor sales teams to improve productivity and market coverage.
- Monitor inventory movement, outstanding collections, and overall market performance.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and analyze competitor activities.
- Prepare accurate sales reports,



MIS, and market intelligence for management.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to improve product visibility and increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical business practices.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering Graduate, or MBA.
- 3–5 years of experience in Automotive Spare Parts Aftermarket Sales.
- Hands-on experience in distributor handling, dealer management, and channel sales.
- Candidates from the Two-Wheeler Spare Parts Industry will be given preference.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel across the assigned territory.
