Senior Generative AI Architect

Enterprise AI | Agentic AI | LLM Systems | Automation Architecture

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Generative AI Architect to lead the design and deployment of next-generation AI ecosystems that drive real business transformation.

This is not just an AI integration role.
We are seeking someone who can architect scalable, enterprise-grade AI systems powered by Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation frameworks, and intelligent orchestration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

AI Architecture & Strategy

- Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise Generative AI platforms
- Design scalable multi-agent AI systems and orchestration frameworks
- Build reusable AI architecture blueprints for enterprise deployments
- Lead architectural decisions across RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, and hybrid AI systems
- Align AI initiatives with scalability, business KPIs, and ROI objectives

Generative AI & LLM Engineering

- Architect solutions using OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, and open-source ecosystems
- Design and optimise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Implement prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and fine-tuning workflows
- Build multi-modal AI systems involving text, voice, image, and video intelligence

Agentic AI & Autonomous Systems

- Develop autonomous agent-based systems using LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT, or similar frameworks
- Build multi-agent orchestration pipelines with dynamic task delegation
- Create intelligent,



self-improving AI workflows with human-in-the-loop systems
- Implement feedback-driven and goal-oriented AI execution models

Automation & Enterprise Integration

- Design intelligent automation systems using UiPath, Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms
- Integrate AI systems with CRM, ERP, HRMS, and enterprise applications
- Automate business workflows across sales, operations, support, and customer experience
- Build AI-powered workflow orchestration and decision engines

Infrastructure & Cloud Architecture

- Architect scalable AI infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Design distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and microservices
- Build containerised deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Ensure high availability, performance optimisation, and fault tolerance

AI Governance & Security

- Establish AI governance, monitoring, and observability frameworks
- Implement model evaluation, guardrails, bias detection, and compliance standards
- Define security, audit logging, privacy, and access control strategies
- Ensure compliance with standards such as SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA where applicable

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

- 8–12+ years in software engineering or platform architecture
- 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML systems and Generative AI

Core Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in:
- GPT, Claude, LLaMA,



Mistral, and other LLM ecosystems
- RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
- Prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
- Python (mandatory) and Node.js (preferred)
- REST APIs and GraphQL

AI & Agent Frameworks

Experience with:

- LangChain
- CrewAI
- AutoGPT
- Multi-agent orchestration frameworks

Cloud & Infrastructure

Strong understanding of:

- AWS / Azure / GCP
- Kubernetes & Docker
- Apache Kafka & Apache Airflow
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Distributed systems and scalable AI infrastructure

Automation Platforms

Hands-on exposure to:

- UiPath
- Automation Anywhere
- Make.com
- Zapier or similar orchestration platforms
