Role Overview

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate, sales, operations, customer service, manufacturing, supply chain, and leadership functions. You will work closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while strengthening DACS' employer brand and building scalable hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source high-quality candidates through job portals, Linked In, referrals, agencies, and campus hiring.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and salary negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rate.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position DACS as an employer of choice.
- Support workforce planning and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Solid experience hiring across multiple business functions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Linked In Recruiter, Naukri, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
