Your work profile

- Lead end-to-end data management initiatives, including data governance, data quality, data migration, and master data management (MDM).
- Define and implement data management strategies, standards, and best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Manage data migration activities, including data profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams,



and technical teams to gather data requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
Lead project teams, oversee delivery, manage risks, and ensure successful implementation within project timelines.
- Key skills required; -

- 15+ years of overall experience in SAP/Data Migration projects.
- Involved in at least 5+ end-to-end migration projects.
- Led 2–3 migration projects as Migration Lead or Project Lead.
- Robust expertise in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing business processes.
- Experience in migration strategy, data cleansing, data mapping, data validation, and cutover activities.
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders and drive migration initiatives independently.

Education & Experience

- Degree: Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
