Job Title: Outdoor Sales Engineer (Construction)

Reports to: Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager

Location: Kondhwa, Pune

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Sales Engineer to promote our products/services at construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, 1-3 years of sales experience, and excellent communication skills in English and Marathi.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct site visits to promote products/services and build relationships with construction companies, contractors, and architects.

2. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

3. Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients.

4. Negotiate sales deals and meet sales targets.

5. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, logistics) to ensure smooth sales processes.

6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.

Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering

2. 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or related industry

3. Personal 2-wheeler for site visits (fuel will be reimbursed by the company)

4. Excellent communication skills in English and Marathi

5. Strong technical knowledge of construction products/materials

6. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

7. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
