Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and grow ACASA’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,
YouTube, etc.).
● Create engaging content including reels, posts, stories, videos, and captions aligned with the brand image.
● Act as a brand representative and influencer for ACASA on social media platforms.
● Plan and execute PR campaigns, product launches, and brand promotions.
● Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, design, execution) for content creation and updates.
● Collaborate with external influencers, media partners, and agencies when required.
● Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
● Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and skilled manner.
● Manage brand reputation and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
● Prepare monthly performance reports on reach, engagement, and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:





● Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
● 1–3 years of experience in social media management, PR, or influencer marketing.
● Strong communication and presentation skills.
● Confident on-camera presence and ability to engage audiences.
● Knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and content scheduling platforms.
● Creative mindset with an eye for design, trends, and storytelling.
● Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in real estate, construction, interiors, architecture, or manufacturing industry.
● Experience as a social media influencer or brand face.
● Basic photography, videography, or video editing skills.
● Familiarity with paid promotions and campaign planning.
