JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Run the operating cadence of the Director's office — reviews, decisions, follow-through.
• Lead the annual and medium-term planning process across business units.
• Drive 2-3 cross-functional priority projects each quarter — new verticals, internal systems, M&A;, org design.
• Act as the Director's proxy in internal forums; prepare board and investor material.





QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Experience in strategy consulting, investing (PE/VC/IB), or strategy and operations at a growth-stage company.
• Sharp, structured thinker with robust written communication.
• Comfortable in a promoter-led, high-velocity environment.
• Fluent in English; working Hindi is a plus.

Work Model Arrangement: Onsite
Role Scope: Work directly with the Director on strategy, new verticals, and the structural build-out of the company. You will not manage a function — you will multiply the Director's decision-making across every part of the business.
