Your work profile
- Manage delivery of projects and help in meeting engagement objectives set with the client
- Develop report templates to publish weekly and monthly quantitative and qualitative status of data
- Generate project MIS, dashboards, and periodic project progress reports
- Assist in defining and implementation of project governance processes
- Conduct periodic reviews with client leadership and execution teams
- Analyse project performance for identification and resolution of critical bottlenecks
- Support project execution by developing strategies to optimize project cost and cycle time
- Review productivity at site and suggest means to improve the same
- Conduct project risk identification and mitigation
Skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 4 years in Oil & Gas plant projects.
- Robust expertise in project management within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven experience in implementing project controls functions, including project monitoring, scheduling, cost control, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience in developing MIS dashboards and reporting solutions, particularly using Microsoft Power BI.
- Immediate joiners will be strongly preferred for this role
