Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard micro, macro, and celebrity influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.
- Coordinate and manage influencer collaborations, barter campaigns, and paid partnerships based on campaign performance and brand objectives.
- Handle product seeding activities and ensure smooth campaign execution within timelines.
- Brief influencers about campaign goals, brand messaging, and product highlights.
- Monitor campaign performance, content quality, engagement metrics, and overall influencer effectiveness.
- Build and maintain solid long-term relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Repurpose influencer-generated content for marketing channels such as ads, social media, websites, reels,



and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit and optimize influencer content using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's aesthetics, skincare positioning, and current market trends.
- Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging creator opportunities.

Requirements:

- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of influencer marketing platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetic and engaging content.
- Passion or interest in the skincare, beauty, and wellness industry is an added advantage.
