Position: English Typist / Legal Documentation Executive

We are looking for a dedicated English Typist to join our Corporate Law & Intellectual Property (IPR) team.

Job Responsibilities

- Draft and type legal documents in English as instructed.
- Prepare petitions, applications, affidavits, legal notices, and other legal documents.
- Upload trademark, copyright, patent, and other legal filings on government portals.
- Maintain proper client files and legal documentation.
- Format documents professionally in MS Word.
- Assist advocates and legal associates with documentation and filing work.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assignments.

Requirements

- Excellent English typing speed and accuracy.
- Positive command of written English and grammar.
- Knowledge of MS Word, PDF editing, and document formatting.
- Ability to follow drafting instructions precisely.




- Experience in legal documentation or IPR filings is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent typing skills and willingness to learn may also apply.

Preferred Skills

- Trademark filing
- Copyright filing
- MCA and other government portal filing (preferred)
- Document scanning, PDF creation, and online uploads
- Attention to detail

Salary

Salary will depend on experience and skills.

9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
