team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient
operations of our airport. You will be responsible for providing
excellent customer service to passengers, assisting with baggage

handling, and ensuring the timely departure and arrival of flights.

Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas - Handle passenger

inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns - Assist passengers
with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or disabled
passengers - Check and tag baggage, ensuring it is properly loaded
onto the correct flight - Coordinate with other ground staff to
ensure the timely departure and arrival of flights - Conduct




security checks on passengers and their luggage - Maintain a clean
and organized work area - Adhere to all safety and security
procedures - Handle any other duties assigned by the supervisor or

manager Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent -

Previous customer service experience is preferred - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a
fast-paced and dynamic environment - Must be able to work flexible
hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be physically fit and
able to lift heavy baggage - Knowledge of local language and
English is required - Must be able to pass a background check and
