The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, trade lifecycle management, and working closely with business and technology teams.Key Responsibilities:- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Interest Rate Derivatives and FX products.- Prepare BRD, FRD, Functional Specifications, User Stories, and process flows.- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Compliance, and Risk teams.- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.- Support product development by translating business requirements into functional specifications.- Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and sprint planning.- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management,



and production releases.- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and client experience.- Conduct market research on Interest Rate Derivatives, FX markets, pricing models, and industry trends.- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality business analysis and documentation.Required Skills:- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in Capital Markets or Investment Banking.- Solid experience in Interest Rate Derivatives (IRD).- Hands-on experience with Interest Rate Swaps (IRS).- Good understanding of Interest Rate Options (Caps, Floors, Swaptions).- Experience with FX Derivatives and FX Options (Vanilla and Exotic).- Strong knowledge of the Trade Lifecycle.- Experience in Requirement Gathering and Stakeholder Management.- Hands-on experience preparing BRD, FRD, User Stories, Functional Specifications, and Process Flows.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Experience supporting UAT and Production Releases.
