We are inviting passionate and experienced faculty members to join our Medical Laboratory Technology (MMLT) Department.

Job Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom lectures and practical laboratory sessions for MMLT students.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and examination papers.
- Guide students during practicals, internships, and research projects.
- Evaluate student performance through internal assessments and practical examinations.
- Maintain laboratory records, equipment, and inventory.
- Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, seminars, and workshops.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines.




- Mentor students for academic and professional development. Faculty roles commonly include teaching, mentoring, assessment, and curriculum support.

Eligibility

- Qualification: BMLT with M.Sc. MLT / MMLT in the relevant specialization.
- Preference will be given to candidates with NET/Ph.D. (if applicable).
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a recognized Paramedical College.
- Strong practical knowledge of Clinical Pathology, Hematology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Blood Banking, and Laboratory Quality Control.

Required Skills

- Good laboratory handling and demonstration skills.
- Knowledge of modern teaching methods and MS Office.
