Position Purpose:

The role covers financial accounting and reporting for various Banks entities.

Responsibilities:

Direct Responsibilities

Compilation of the Financial Statements

Ensure proper maintenance of books as per IFRS and Group accounting principles and compilation of the financial statements as per the local reporting norms (Ind AS) for the subsidiaries.

For India Branches, working on the monthly closing as per IFRS and Group accounting principles

Preparation of financials projections and monthly presentation to the Board of Directors of the subsidiary entities.

Statutory Audit

Actively participate in the annual statutory audit for the subsidiaries and provide support in the statutory audit of the bank as and when required. To closely liaise with other teams and stakeholders to ensure that the audits are completed smoothly and within the specified timelines.

Matisse reporting & Controls Framework

Ensure timely finalization of significant database for ISM reporting.



To closely liaise with Matisse reporting team to ensure that the all the Group reporting is completed smoothly and within the specified timelines. Assist in review and signoff of various activities related to monthly closing

Projects

Contribute actively to projects related to reporting section & local finance and participate in projects pertaining to Finance department

Ledger Control and Liaising with Operations teams

Ensure adequate monitoring for ledger control and liaising with Operations teams as and when required. To ensure adequate monitoring and follow-ups for regularizing abnormal / irregular balances as well as monitoring of sensitive accounts and provisioning requirements.

TECHNICAL

Knowledge of Atlas 2

Knowledge of IFRS and IND AS

Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Office

Qualification - CA
