freshers for the position of Airport Ground Staff. As an Airport
Ground Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth
and efficient functioning of the airport. Key Responsibilities: -
Greet and assist passengers at the airport - Check-in and issue
boarding passes - Handle baggage and cargo - Ensure the safety and
security of passengers and their belongings - Provide information
and assistance to passengers - Handle flight delays and
cancellations - Monitor flight schedules and communicate with the
airline staff - Coordinate with other airport staff for smooth
operations - Handle customer queries and complaints - Maintain a
clean and organized work area - Adhere to all safety regulations
and procedures Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of 10+2 or
equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Good
physical fitness and stamina - Basic computer knowledge -
Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends - Customer
service-oriented mindset - Prior experience in the aviation
