motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an
Airline Ground Staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airline by
providing excellent customer service and support to our passengers.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in
counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas - Handle
ticketing, reservations, and seat assignments - Respond to customer
inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and
professional manner - Assist passengers with special needs, such as
unaccompanied minors or disabled individuals - Coordinate with
other departments, such as flight crew and maintenance, to ensure
on-time departures and arrivals - Monitor flight schedules and make
necessary adjustments to accommodate changes or delays - Ensure
compliance with safety and security regulations at all times -




Maintain a clean and organized work area - Handle cash and credit
card transactions accurately - Provide assistance with baggage
handling and loading/unloading of luggage - Perform other duties as
assigned by management Qualifications: - High school diploma or
equivalent - Previous customer service experience preferred -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work
in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Solid problem-solving
and decision-making skills - Must be able to work flexible
schedules, including weekends and holidays - Must be physically
able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds - Fluency in English and
knowledge of other languages is a plus - Must pass a background
