our team as Airport Ground Staff. Job Responsibilities: - Greet and
assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding
procedures - Handle ticketing and reservation inquiries, and
provide information on flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations and
procedures - Escort passengers to and from aircraft, and assist
with boarding and deplaning - Communicate effectively with
passengers, crew members, and ground staff to ensure a smooth and
timely operation - Handle and resolve customer complaints and
issues in a professional and courteous manner - Monitor and
maintain the cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal -
Assist in loading and unloading of baggage and cargo - Perform
other duties as assigned by the Airport Manager or Supervisor




Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Excellent
communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a
fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and
ability to multitask - Flexibility to work varying shifts,
including weekends and holidays - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
and stand for extended periods of time - Previous experience in the
aviation industry is preferred, but not required - Must be able to
pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security
