currently seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals
to join our team as Airport Groundstaff and Airline Cabin Crew. As
a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the
smooth operation of our flights and providing exceptional service
to our passengers. Responsibilities for Airport Groundstaff: -
Greet and assist passengers at check-in and boarding gates - Handle
baggage and cargo, ensuring proper loading and unloading - Conduct
security screenings and handle any issues or concerns - Provide
information and assistance to passengers regarding flight
schedules, delays, and other inquiries - Coordinate with other
airport staff and airlines to ensure efficient and timely
operations - Maintain a clean and organized airport environment
Responsibilities for Airline Cabin Crew: - Welcome passengers on
board and assist with seating arrangements - Ensure the safety and
comfort of passengers during the flight - Serve meals and
beverages,
and attend to any special requests or needs of
passengers - Conduct safety demonstrations and provide instructions
in case of emergencies - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of
the cabin - Work closely with the flight crew to ensure a smooth
and enjoyable flight for passengers Requirements: - High school
diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer
service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic
setting - Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy
luggage - Fluent in English and Hindi, additional languages are a
plus - Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred
but not required - Must be willing to work flexible hours,
