you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to
passengers and ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities.
You will be the first point of contact for passengers and will play
a crucial role in creating a positive experience for them. Key
Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in,
security, and boarding gates - Handle baggage check-in and boarding
procedures - Provide flight information and assist with any queries
or concerns - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and
airport facilities - Handle any customer complaints or issues in a
professional and timely manner - Assist with special needs
passengers and unaccompanied minors - Coordinate with other airport

or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills
