Description: Bluespirit, a leading aviation company, is currently
seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as
Airport Ground Staff. We are looking for both male and female
candidates to fill various positions in airports all over India.
Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in,
security, and boarding gates - Handle passenger inquiries and
provide excellent customer service - Ensure the safety and security
of passengers and airport facilities - Assist with baggage handling
and loading/unloading of cargo - Conduct pre-flight checks and
assist with aircraft preparations - Communicate with pilots and air
traffic control to ensure smooth operations - Handle any emergency
situations and provide first aid if necessary - Maintain accurate
records and reports related to flight operations - Collaborate with
other airport staff to ensure productive and timely operations -
Follow all safety and security procedures as per company guidelines
Requirements: - Minimum 12th pass or equivalent - Fluency in
English and Hindi, knowledge of other languages is a plus -
Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to
work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Physically fit and able
to lift heavy objects - Willingness to work in shifts, including
nights and weekends - Basic computer skills - Prior experience in
the aviation industry is preferred but not mandatory We offer a
