currently hiring for the position of Airport Ground Staff to join
our team at Mumbai Airport. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for providing excellent customer service to passengers while
ensuring the safety and security of the airport. This is a
full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in,
security, and boarding areas - Handle passenger inquiries,
complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner -
Ensure compliance with airport security regulations and procedures
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the airport
terminal - Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities -
Coordinate with other airport staff and departments to ensure
smooth operations - Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and
unloading from aircraft - Perform routine safety checks on
equipment and report any issues to the appropriate authorities -
Provide accurate and timely information to passengers regarding
flight schedules, delays, and cancellations - Handle cash and
credit card transactions for airport services such as parking and
lounge access - Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at
all times, representing the company in a positive manner
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous
experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to
work in a quick-paced and dynamic environment - Strong
problem-solving and decision-making skills - Must be able to work
flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays -
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Knowledge of
basic computer skills and familiarity with airport systems is an
asset - Must pass a background check and obtain necessary security
