Role: Salesforce Delivery lead Location: Kochi, Kerala Notice: Immediate to 30 days We are looking for an experienced and energetic Salesforce Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, stakeholder management expertise, and hands-on experience in delivering large-scale Salesforce engagements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce project delivery across multiple engagements and teams. Drive successful implementation, enhancement, and support projects within Salesforce ecosystem. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and project managers to ensure timely delivery. Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgeting, and resource allocation. Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and stakeholder management. Ensure adherence to delivery governance, Agile methodologies, and best practices. Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, consultants, and technical leads. Work closely with solution architects to define scalable and optimized Salesforce solutions. Monitor project health, delivery metrics,



and ensure high-quality deliverables. Support presales activities including estimations, proposals, solutioning, and client presentations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and delivery excellence. Required Skills & Experience 12+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years in Salesforce delivery/program management. Strong experience managing Salesforce implementation and transformation projects. Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations. Proven experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. Experience handling offshore/onshore delivery models. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Administrator Sales Cloud Consultant Service Cloud Consultant Application/System Architect Experience working with global clients and enterprise-scale environments. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Salesforce release management is an added advantage.
