Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused
individual to join our team as an Airport Customer Service
Executive. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication

exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities: - Greet and
assist customers at the airport, providing support and guidance
throughout their travel experience - Handle check-in and boarding
procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
accurately and efficiently - Address and resolve customer inquiries
and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate
with other airport staff and departments to ensure smooth
operations and customer satisfaction - Monitor flight schedules and
assist with any changes or delays - Maintain a clean and organized
work area, including the airport lounge - Promote and sell airport
services and products to customers - Provide support to passengers
with special needs or disabilities - Keep updated on airline




policies and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date
information to customers - Collaborate with team members to

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous
experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to
remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations - Strong
problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in
English and other local languages is a plus - Willingness to work
flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be
physically able to stand, walk, and lift heavy luggage - Knowledge
of computer systems and applications used in the aviation industry
is preferred Contract Details: This is a full time position with a
competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate
will be required to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and
holidays. The contract duration will be discussed during the
