Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage
handling processes - Ensure the safety and security of passengers
and their belongings - Provide excellent customer service to
passengers - Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries -
Assist with the loading and unloading of luggage and cargo -
Perform security checks and screening of passengers and baggage -
Communicate effectively with the flight crew and ground staff -
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal -
Follow all safety and security protocols and procedures - Handle
cash and credit card transactions for airport services - Assist
with any other duties as assigned by the airport management team
Requirements: - Minimum 10th, 12th, or ITI pass - Excellent
communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a
fast-paced and dynamic environment - Physically fit and able to
lift heavy objects - Willingness to work in shifts, including
weekends and holidays - Basic computer knowledge - Prior experience
