experienced Airport Operations Manager to join our team at the
Vadodara Airport in Gujarat, India. As the largest job vacancy at

individual to lead and manage all aspects of airport operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage day-to-day operations at
the airport, including terminal operations, ground handling, and
airside activities - Ensure compliance with all safety and security
regulations and procedures - Develop and implement operational
policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer service
- Manage and coordinate with various departments and stakeholders
to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues -
Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and
implement solutions - Prepare and manage budgets, as well as track
and report on key performance indicators - Develop and maintain
relationships with airlines, vendors, and other partners to ensure
a seamless airport experience for all stakeholders - Lead and




mentor a team of airport staff, providing guidance and support to
ensure high performance and professional development - Stay updated
on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve
airport operations Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Aviation
Management, Business Administration, or related field - Minimum of
5 years of experience in airport operations, with at least 2 years
in a managerial role - Strong knowledge of airport operations,
safety and security regulations, and industry best practices -
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills -
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and handle
multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in MS Office and other
relevant software - Willingness to work flexible schedule, including
