- Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor cum Telecaller to handle student inquiries, provide counselling, and convert leads into admissions. The role involves active calling, follow-ups, and guiding prospective students about courses, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Key Responsibilities ☎ Telecalling & Lead Management Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads Handle inbound inquiries professionally Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Student Counselling Counsel students/parents on courses, eligibility, fees, and career scope Explain admission process clearly Resolve queries and build trust Guide students throughout the admission journey.
- Admission Conversion Convert leads into confirmed admissions Achieve monthly/weekly targets Build strong student relationships Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission process.
- Administrative Support Maintain admission data and documentation Assist in campaigns, events, and admission drives Prepare reports on leads and conversions.
- Eligibility Criteria Graduate / postgraduate in any discipline. Experience in counselling/telecalling. 1-3 years experience (preferred) .
- Skills Required Excellent communication & convincing skills Target-oriented mindset Strong interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Salary Fixed salary + performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,169.83 per month
