an Airport Passenger Handling Staff, you will be responsible for
ensuring a smooth and productive experience for all passengers at
the airport. Your duties will include assisting with check-in
procedures, handling baggage, directing passengers to their
designated gates, and providing exceptional customer service. Key
Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers at the airport -
Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including issuing
boarding passes and collecting baggage fees - Handle baggage and
ensure it is properly tagged and loaded onto the correct flights -
Direct passengers to their designated gates and answer any
questions they may have - Provide exceptional customer service and
address any concerns or complaints from passengers - Assist with
boarding procedures and ensure all passengers are on board before
the flight departs - Collaborate with airport staff and airlines to
ensure a smooth and efficient operation - Maintain a clean and
organized work environment, including the check-in counters and
baggage areas - Adhere to all safety and security procedures at the
airport - Continuously update knowledge of airport policies and
procedures to provide accurate information to passengers
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent
communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a
fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and
organizational skills - Ability to handle stressful situations and
difficult passengers with patience and professionalism - Basic
computer skills - Willingness to work flexible hours, including
weekends and holidays - Previous experience in customer service or
