We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-oriented
individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member
of our ground staff team, you will play a vital role in ensuring
the safety and comfort of our passengers, as well as maintaining
the overall efficiency of airport operations. Responsibilities: -
Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and
baggage claim areas - Handle passenger inquiries and provide
accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and other
airport services - Ensure compliance with all safety and security
regulations - Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and
cargo - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure timely and
efficient aircraft turnaround - Handle and resolve customer
complaints in a qualified and courteous manner - Perform other
duties as assigned by the airport management team Requirements: -
High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and
customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and
dynamic environment - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings,
weekends, and holidays - Prior experience in the aviation industry
