Role Objective

We are seeking a seasoned Senior US Accounts Specialist to oversee the end-to-end financial operations for our US-based consultancy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-volume invoicing, US payroll processing, and complex bank reconciliations while maintaining strict adherence to US GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Invoicing & AR: Manage weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly invoicing cycles. This includes collecting and auditing consultant timesheets, calculating total billable hours, and resolving discrepancies in bill rates or hours (pp. 1-2).
- Accounts Payable: Verify vendor invoices against approved timesheets and contract rates.



Ensure timely payments and maintain qualified communication with vendors regarding payment updates (p. 1).
- US Payroll & Compliance: Prepare and submit US payroll in QuickBooks based on verified consultant hours. Ensure all financial activities align with US GAAP requirements (pp. 1-2).
- Financial Reporting & Reconciliation: Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations. Generate and maintain detailed financial reports and Accounts Receivable (AR) reports for senior management (pp. 1-2).
- General Ledger Maintenance: Handle bank transactions, ledger reconciliations, and the posting of purchase/sales invoices in QuickBooks Online and Tally ERP9 (pp. 1, 3).
