About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive/officer – International Sales to support

our export and international business development activities from our India office.

The role focuses on:

 Connecting with fabric and felt buyers in International

 Supporting outreach to filter bag and cage customers in other international markets

This is a non-travel role, and all customer interactions will be handled through emails, phone calls, and

online meetings.

Key Responsibilities

International Customer Communication

 Communicate with potential international customers through email, calls, and virtual meetings

 Communication with European fabric & felt buyers (Existing & Potential) and global filter bag

and cage customers

 Assist in responding to customer inquiries and closing the deal.

Sales & Business Development Support

 Help identify and develop new international leads and prospects

 Support introduction emails, follow-ups,



and customer engagement activities

 Assist in sharing product details, datasheets, and company information

 Coordinate sample requests, feedback, and follow-up actions

Market Research & Data Management

 Conduct basic market and customer research to support international sales growth

 Maintain updated records of leads, inquiries, and customer interactions

 Support preparation of internal sales trackers and periodic activity reports

Internal Coordination

 Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams for routine sales support

 Ensure timely and accurate information flow between customers and internal teams

Products dealing in:

 Technical felts and filter fabrics

 Filter bags

 Filter cages

Skills & Qualifications

 Positive written and spoken English communication skills

 Basic computer proficiency (Email, MS Excel, online meeting tools)

 Interest in international sales, exports, and B2B industrial marketing

 Willingness to learn industrial products and technical concepts

 Organized, proactive, and comfortable with follow-ups and coordination
