Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Quality Analyst – Automation to lead the transformation of our existing Selenium -based automation framework into a modern, scalable, and maintainable Playwright framework. The ideal candidate brings deep automation expertise, solid problem‑solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior QA engineers while driving automation strategy across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Strategy & Framework Ownership
- Lead migration of automation suites from Selenium/WebDriver to Playwright (TypeScript/Python)
- Architect & maintain automation frameworks
- Identify test coverage gaps and implement automation -first approach
- Build reusable libraries, utilities, fixtures, and page objects using Playwright
Test Planning & Execution
- Own automation planning, scoping, estimates, and prioritization
- Develop E2E, Functional, API, Regression & Cross -browser automation
- Integrate test suites into CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Ensure reliability, flakiness reduction & maintainability
