Job Purpose

To act as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and assist the CEO in driving the long term objective of the business across all brands and functions.

Recent brand additions at The Collective and the launch of stores such as Ted Baker, Polo Ralph Lauren and American Eagle are indicative of the same endeavour. With so much more to follow and given our proven track record of execution, there is reason to be excited about the action-packed road ahead.

? To coordinate and follow up with different teams in order to ensure the completion of work within the predetermined time.
? Delays in completion of tasks from varied departments

Project Coordination

Execute projects across domains in partnership with cross-functional teams such as:

- S&O;: Automating reports

- CRM: Net Promoter Score

- RBD: Tracking new store openings

- SCM: Rationalizing costs

- Marketing: Content for PR

Business Initiatives

Enable and support recent initiatives for International Business such as:

- Coordinate Reviews, Townhalls etc.

- Prepare business presentations

- Finalize contracts, due-diligence, legal docs etc

Strategy and planning

Analyse operational reports to support business planning & forecasting:

- Business Dashboards

- Analysis & Modelling exercises – Range Plan, Pricing

Drive operational excellence

Drive SNOP adherence across all 3 businesses-The Collective, Mono brands and American Eagle

Assist in evaluating and actualising new business opportunities and international relationships

Work with the CEO to deliver brand acquisition targets
