**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with at least a 12th-grade education. Strong communication skills in English and local languages are crucial. The candidate should be organized, polite, and able to multitask efficiently in a busy environment.
