This role involves mentoring and developing agents, fostering a positive and productive team culture,



and overseeing day-to-day sales operations including meetings, training, compliance with company policies, and maintenance of accurate sales records and reports. The Sales Manager will set transparent performance goals, monitor progress, conduct regular reviews, and address underperformance through structured improvement plans. Additionally, the role requires ensuring high standards of customer service, resolving client concerns, and building strong relationships with clients and industry partners. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of real estate sales experience, proven leadership and people management capabilities, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
